I completed a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Davis Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah in April, 2008. It was exciting to be able to return to school after spending 9 years in the information technology industry as a computer programmer/analyst. I intend to apply the tools acquired from the MBA towards furthering my entrepreneurial endeavors.

Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU), Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

Intensive three year program that focused primarily on information technology and software programming. Coursework covered full software life-cycle development, relational database modeling and design, system and business analysis, accounting, business economics and programming in:
Cobol; RPG; Pascal; Synon:2E; Clarion
Primarily worked on IBM midrange servers (system 36 and AS/400).
Sun Certified Java Programmer.

Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication.

Degree emphasis on technology as it applies to mass communication, specifically broadcasting, radio, television, and the Internet. Courses examine the complexities of programming, production, regulation, economics, management, and the social and psychological impact of radio, television, and the Internet.
